Every two weeks, the RW2 job search team meets to review the employment status of each graduate who is still searching for a position in their field.

During these sessions, our team:

  • Analyzes individual progress.
  • Reviews resumes and cover letters.
  • Discusses interview preparation and feedback.
  • Develops tailored strategies for each graduate based on their unique situation and goals.

This commitment ensures no graduate falls through the cracks. We track every student’s journey and adjust support as needed, based on their specific hurdles and opportunities.

2. Weekly Job Lead Emails

Each week, we send out curated job leads straight to our graduates’ inboxes. These include:

  • Local, regional, and remote opportunities.
  • Internship listings for those needing initial experience.
  • Career fairs and networking events.

Our leads focus specifically on industries connected to CADD, BIM, and cybersecurity, making sure that every job recommendation is targeted and relevant.

Rather than overwhelming students with generic job boards, we provide direct, actionable opportunities they can apply to immediately.

3. Monthly One-on-One Check-Ins

Once a month, we schedule personalized follow-ups with each graduate who has not yet found employment.
