What is RW2 Career & Technical Education?
At RW2, our mission is simple:
We help people prepare and skill up for careers in the technically skilled workforce through short-term education, training, and certification.
Our programs are designed to fit your life—with flexible live online sessions, career-focused curriculums, and accessible payment options.
We serve adult learners from all backgrounds, including career changers, individuals with no prior experience, and those looking for high-quality, free or low-cost tech training..
Our Programs: Learn Skills That Lead to Jobs
We currently offer three high-demand programs in the fields of tech and design. Each one is built to get you job-ready in just a few months:
CADD (Computer-Aided Design and Drafting) – 14 Weeks
Learn to create technical drawings and designs using Autodesk AutoCAD. Perfect for anyone who wants to start a tech and design career without a degree.
Revit for Building Information Modeling (BIM) – 15 Weeks
Dive into the world of digital architecture and construction using Autodesk Revit—one of the top tools used by engineers and designers today.
Cybersecurity Training – 24 Weeks
Gain in-demand skills in information security, network defense, and even the basics of Python. You will be prepared to conduct a Gap Analysis.- identify network security issues and make recommendations to address these.

This program helps prepare you for the CompTIA Security+ certification and is ideal for those seeking online technical education for adults in the fast-growing cybersecurity field.
💡 No prior experience is required for any of our programs. We teach from the ground up and support you every step of the way.
Live Online Classes—Built for Adults
Our programs are delivered via live online instruction three days a week. That means:
- You can learn from anywhere—whether you’re in Missouri or abroad.
- You’ll have real-time interaction with instructors and classmates.
- You’ll get hands-on training in real-world software like AutoCAD, Revit, and cybersecurity simulation and exam practice tools.
This is online technical education for adults—not just passive videos. You’ll be part of a vibrant learning community.
New Tuition and Fee Update (Approved by the State of Missouri)
We’ve recently updated our program fees to reflect added resources and increased software access costs. The new rates, effective for the September 2025 class, are:
- CADD: $4,625
- Revit/BIM: $5,182
- Cybersecurity: $8,224
These rates are approved by the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development and ensure the quality and sustainability of our programs.
Financial Support: Grants, Scholarships, and Payment Plans
We’re committed to providing free or low-cost tech training for adults whenever possible.
Missouri Residents:
You may qualify for the Fast Track Workforce Incentive Grant, which covers most or all of your tuition if you’re eligible.
International or Out-of-State Students:
If you don’t qualify for a grant or scholarship, we offer no-interest payment plans to make the cost manageable.
Try Before You Enroll: Sit In on a Class
Not sure if it’s the right fit? We invite you to sit in on a live online class—no strings attached. See the format, meet the instructors, and get a feel for the community you’ll be joining.

Led by our talented student consultants (with instructor guidance), these short sessions:
- Help you identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Follow NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF 2.0) standards.
- Do not require access to your systems or sensitive data.
By participating, you’re also helping our students gain valuable hands-on experience—a win-win for everyone.
What You’ll Learn: Practical Skills That Matter
Our programs are more than just technical training. You’ll also develop:
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Professional communication and respect
- Portfolio-building and job search prep
In Cybersecurity, for example, you’ll be able to:
- Use Python to build security tools and automate tasks.
- Understand network security and spot vulnerabilities.
- Work on a capstone project to showcase your skills.
Plus, our curriculum is designed to help you prepare for industry certifications like CompTIA Security+ (exam not required but highly encouraged).
