We structure our Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD), Revit for Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Cybersecurity programs to ensure students gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art tools and global resources.

What Is Emphasized in CADD?

In the CADD program, students delve into the intricacies of Autodesk AutoCAD software, learning to create precise 2D drawings and designs that serve as the foundation for virtually any construction or manufacturing project.

From architectural sections to detailed foundation plans and even staircases, the curriculum covers a broad spectrum of drafting techniques, including a small introduction to 3D design principles.

What Is Emphasized in Revit for BIM (Building Information Modeling)?

The Revit for BIM program takes digital design a step further by focusing on the 3D modeling capabilities of Autodesk Revit.

Students learn to construct detailed models of buildings and other structures, exploring how to create views, floors, roofs, ceilings, and other essential components. This program emphasizes the transformative power of BIM in the planning, design, construction, and management of buildings, preparing students to contribute to more efficient and sustainable construction projects.

What Is Emphasized in Cybersecurity?

Our information security

program addresses the critical need for security professionals in today’s digital world. Students acquire a foundational understanding of information security by learning to develop security tools with Python, understand network security principles, and identify threats and vulnerabilities.

This comprehensive curriculum culminates in a gap analysis capstone project, allowing students to demonstrate their newly acquired skills and readiness for the professional arena. Additionally, the program supports preparation for CompTIA’s Security+ certification exam, a valuable credential for launching a career in cybersecurity.
